  • INGREDIENTS FOR SAVORY LOAF:
  • 2 CUPS BLANCHED ALMOND FLOUR
  • 2 TBSP. PSYLLIUM HUSKS POWDER
  • 1 TSP. BAKING SODA
  • 1 TSP. SALT
  • 1/4 CUP APPLE SAUCE
  • 1/4 CUP AVOCADO OIL
  • 1 TBSP. HONEY
  • 1 TSP. APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
  • 5 LARGE EGGS

Instructions

  1. DIRECTIONS:
  2. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES.  LINE A MEDIUM SIZED LOAF PAN W/PARCHMENT PAPER.
  3. (8 1/2  X  4 1/2  X  2 1/2)
  4. IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL, WHISK TOGETHER ALMOND FLOUR, PSYLLIUM HUSKS POWDER, BAKING SODA AND SALT.
  5. ADD APPLE SAUCE, AVOCADO OIL, HONEY, APPLE CIDER VINEGAR AND EGGS.  BEAT UNTIL SMOOTH.
  6. POUR INTO LINED LOAF PAN AND BAKE IN THE CENTER OF A PREHEATED OVEN FOR 40 MINUTES OR UNTIL A TOOTHPICK INSERTED INTO THE CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN.
  7. ALLOW TO COOL 10 MINUTES BEFORE SLICING AND REMOVING PARCHMENT PAPER.   STORE IN A SEALED CONTAINER.
