Energy Blueberry Pear Smoothie-A delicious nutrient-packed breakfast smoothie to give you a super boost of energy before walking out the door. Full of natural protein, fiber and vitamin C.  It has only 6 ingredients which means you can be out the door in no time!



  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 Asian pear, chopped & deseeded
  • 1/3 cup raw cashews
  • 3 pitted dates
  • 2 Tablespoons Hemp seeds
  • 2 cups of water


  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Pour into 3 large glasses.
