- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1 Asian pear, chopped & deseeded
- 1/3 cup raw cashews
- 3 pitted dates
- 2 Tablespoons Hemp seeds
- 2 cups of water
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on high until smooth.
- Pour into 3 large glasses.
