How to Make Buckwheat in the Instant Pot
- Rinse and sort buckwheat groats (the plain untoasted light green variety)
- Add to instant pot along with 2 cups of filtered water
- Set to high pressure for 5 minutes
- Once ready, allow to naturally release for 5 minutes
- Turn off Instant Pot so buckwheat does not dry out.
- Serve warm with your preferred milk, honey or maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon and preferred fruit.

Ingredients
- 1 cup rinsed and sorted buckwheat groats (untoasted, light green variety)
- 2 cups filtered water
Instructions
- Rinse and sort buckwheat groats (the plain untoasted light green variety)
- Add to instant pot along with 2 cups of filtered water
- Set to high pressure for 5 minutes
- Once ready, allow to naturally release for 5 minutes
- Turn off Instant Pot so buckwheat does not dry out.
