Ingredients
- 4 stalks of celery
- 2 English cucumbers
- 2 kiwi, peeled
- 2–3” ginger root
- 2 Granny Smith apples, cored
- 1 lemon, 3/4 of skin peeled
Instructions
- Clean fruits, vegetables and ginger root properly under running water with a vegetable brush to remove dirt.
- Peel kiwi, core apples and quarter the cucumbers. Remove 3/4 of skin from lemon so it is not too bitter but you still preserve some nutrients. Remove any imperfections you may see, such a brown parts from celery ends or any bruised parts of apples.
- Run all ingredients through the juicer.
- Pour juice into 2 serving glasses or store in a sealed glass container in the fridge. Juice is best when consumed within 24 hours.

- you can swap out kiwi for 2 cups of green grapes or 2 cups of ripe pineapple
