Ingredients:
- 3-4 inches of fresh ginger root
- 1 peeled orange
- 1 peeled lemon
- ¼ cup of raw honey
Directions:
- Prepare the Ingredients: Start by peeling your orange, lemon, and ginger. For the ginger, simply slice it into smaller pieces to make it easier to blend.
- Puree the Ingredients: Add the ginger, orange, lemon, and raw honey to a blender or food processor. Blend everything together until it’s a smooth puree.
- Freeze the Mixture: Once your mixture is ready, transfer it into an ice cube tray, filling each compartment with the puree. Freeze for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, until the cubes are solid. Silicone ice cube trays work best.
- Store and Serve: Once the cubes are frozen, remove them from the tray and store them in a sealed container in the freezer.

Ingredients
- 1 orange, peeled
- 1 lemon, peeled
- 3–4” ginger root, peeled
- 1/4 cup raw honey (more if desired)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a small high speed blender. Blend on high until smooth. If you do not have a high speed blender, you can add 1/2 cup of water, blend and strain through a fine mesh sieve.
- Add pureed ingredients to ice cube trays and freeze for 2 hours or overnight.
- Add 1-2 immunity cubes to a mug, add hot water and stir. You may add more raw honey if desired. Serve warm or cold.
Notes
- Store frozen Immunity Ice Cubes in a sealed container in the freezer for up to 3 months.
