Juicy, crispy, and ready in 10 minutes—these Air Fryer Chicken Bites made in the Ninja Crispi Air Fryer are the high-protein dinner hack you’ll keep on repeat for busy weeknights and meal prep.
Ingredients

- 3 chicken thighs
- Drizzle of avocado oil
- Kosher salt
- McCormick All Purpose Seasoning: Garlic and Onion + Black Pepper and Sea Salt
Instructions
- Place chicken thighs on a cutting board and season both sides lightly with kosher salt.
- Cube the chicken into bite sized pieces.
- Drizzle the chicken with avocado oil.
- Sprinkle the chicken with a layer of McCormick All Purpose Seasoning. Turn the chicken over and season the other side with more of the seasoning.
- Mix everything together until each piece is evenly coated.
- Arrange the chicken pieces in a single layer over the crisper rack in the Ninja Crispi Air Fryer. Leave a little space between each piece.
- Air Fry on the "Max Crisp" setting for 10 minutes. (Max Crisp is 425-450 degrees Fahrenheit/218-232 degrees Celsius)
- Air Fry until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit or 74 degrees Celsius.
Notes
- If you are making these for meal prep, and will not be eating these right away, check the internal temperature at the 8 minute mark. That way when you reheat them, they will stay juice and tender.
- Marinating these in the fridge for 1-2 hours will result in extra tender chicken bites.
- Recipe card amounts may vary depending on the size of the chicken thighs and how much seasoning and salt you prefer. I estimated 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt and 1 tablespoon of all purpose seasoning as a starting point, but feel free to adjust to taste for your preferred flavor level.
