Grain Free Death By Chocolate Zucchini Bread



  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add eggs and beat. Add avocado oil, milk, apple cider vinegar and vanilla. Whisk together until mixed.
  3. Add coconut sugar, coconut flour, tapioca flour, cacao powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Whisk together until well incorporated. Add grated zucchini and stir.
  4. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and using a spatula, add batter. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and stir in gently with spatula.
  5. Bake for 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center of the zucchini bread comes out clean.
