Easy Smoked Salmon Poke Bowl with Creamy Cilantro Dressing



  1. Add cashews, coconut milk, lemon juice, garlic, cilantro, salt and sweetener to a food processor or high speed blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  2. Fold in chives and serve immediately. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge in a mason jar.


Dressing will become texture of soft cream cheese in the fridge due to the coconut milk. This will make a great dip for veggies too.
