- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 1 ripe banana (with black speckles)
- 2 large handfuls baby spinach
- 1 inch fresh ginger root
- 4 large Medjool dates, pitted
- 12 ice cubes
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender in order listed and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Pour into 2 large glasses or mason jars and enjoy!
