This Paleo Pasta with Tomato Cream Sauce is a classic comfort food. It is made with a coconut milk base, sun dried tomatoes and tossed with chicken, mushrooms and crispy bacon. The flavor is absolutely fantastic! Grain free, Dairy free, gluten free and Paleo friendly.

- 1 recipe Paleo Honey Dijon Chicken with Bacon, Mushrooms & Sun-Dried Tomatoes.
- 1 recipe Gluten Free Pasta {Paleo}
- fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare Paleo Honey Dijon Chicken with Bacon, mushrooms & Sun-dried tomatoes as directed in recipe link above, except chop chicken into smaller pieces.
- While chicken is simmering, start making Paleo Pasta noodles according to recipe link above. This will save you time on the recipe.
- Place cooked & drained pasta noodles in a large pot.
- When chicken is ready, toss chicken, mushrooms and tomato cream sauce into large pot with drained pasta noodles. Coat noodles in tomato cream sauce. Serve and sprinkle with chopped bacon and parsley.
