Xo Baking Company –my favorite items are the chocolate cake mix, zucchini bread and double chocolate cookies. Their chocolate cake mix and zucchini bread can be also made dairy free by using a light flavored oil instead of butter.
Udi’s–they make delicious tortillas and hot dog buns that can also be used for sub sandwiches, extremely soft once heated.
Canyon Bakehouse–my kids love their white sandwich bread and their hot dog and hamburger buns are delicious and soft one heated
Little Northern Bakehouse–love their gluten free/egg free/dairy free seeds & grains bread
Flax4Life–sold mostly at grocery stores in the refrigerated section, they have amazing grain free/gluten-free/dairy free brownies, breakfast muffins and hamburger buns.
Immaculate – their frozen double chocolate cookie dough is the best for making cookies that need to be send to school at the last minute, they are gluten free and dairy free, be aware that not all of their products are gluten free.

Trader Joes Gluten Free Egg Fettucchini Pasta (Fresh Pasta)-my go to pasta when I don’t have time to make homemade. I like serving these for movie night with my Best Paleo Meat Sauce!

Schar Deli Style Sourdough Gluten Free Bread -these are big slices of bread nice for sandwiches and packing for lunches, a bit pricey but taste good
Schar Gluten Free Ciabatta Rolls– great for breakfast sandwiches, needs to be heated, a bit stiff when at room temperature
Canyon Bakehouse Heritage Style Honey White Gluten Free Bread – great for sandwiches, making french toast and school lunches. So far this is the softest gluten free bread that I have tried. I have made grilled cheese sandwiches with this bread in the panini maker for girls scouts and everyone loved it! Of course, homemade is best!
Gluten Free Sandwich Bread from Gluten Free Habit -this is by far the best gluten free sandwich bread I have ever tried! The only con is it has a lot of cornstarch but that is what makes it so soft. Both my kids love this bread. I tastes great, is super soft and perfect for sandwiches and french toast.
Perfect Paleo Bread by Nurture My Gut- I absolutely love this bread! It is soft, healthy and very easy to make, plus it has clean ingredients and is grain free. This is my personal go to bread recipe. It tastes like a whole wheat bread.

King Arthurs Gluten Free Pancake Mix – these are my kids favorite pancake mix, they are light and fluffy. If you make the batter the day before, they get even fluffier when you make them in the morning. Plus, they are dairy free!
Pamela’s Gluten Free Baking & Pancake Mix -I love this pancake mix and so does my daughter but my son who is an extremely picky eater does not like seeing the flecks of almond peel in his pancakes.
