Gluten Free Chicken Tenders Recipe
My kids are in love with crispy crunchy chicken tenders. Â Call them chicken tenders, chicken nuggets, chicken fingers...really, what is the right terminology? Â You tell me! Â Either way, this is by far their favorite protein and I literally make this recipe 1-2 times a week! Â They love it that much! Â Also, my daughter wanted me to to tell you these are DELICIOUS!
I have had lots of visitors during the summer for playdates and even non-gluten free kiddos have loved these!
Some key ingredients you will need are blanched almond flour, tapioca flour, onion granules, paprika and avocado oil. Â I like to cook these in a cast iron griddle for even heating. Â These turn out crispy and golden brown. Â Yum!
So give these delicious gluten free chicken tenders a try. Â They are Paleo friendly, Whole30 approved and a quick and easy meal to make! Â They reheat well in the oven and can even be frozen and reheated.

I can’t wait to make these! But I’m also looking to make some for my daughter to take to school that’s nut free. Is there another flour that would work? Thanks
Ester Perez says
Hi Ashley,
You can use Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Baking 1 to 1 Flour. I would suggest double dipping it in the flour and egg mixture so its a bit crispier. Then, let it sit for 10-15 minutes to soak up all the flour before you bake them. If you are packing them for lunch, then you want to let them sit on a wire rack for 10-15 minutes to let the steam release so they don't get soggy in the lunch box. Let us know how it goes! Warmly, Ester
