Chia pudding is all the rage in the health arena. Chia seeds are high in Omega 3 fatty acids, protein, fiber, anti-oxidants and calcium. This yummy chia pudding parfait is not only delicious but also nutritious! It is perfect as a dessert or a breakfast treat. I used Chocolate Coconut Whipped Cream in this recipe and it tasted heavenly! Plain Coconut Whipped Cream would also be yummy!
This recipe makes two servings. Next time I am doubling the recipe!!! I served this to my husband and son and I regret not making more of it! I just had a measly spoonful as I gazed at my husband and son licking their spoons while eating their tantalizing dessert.
Tonight I will be soaking chia seeds in my fridge and having this for breakfast with fresh fruit. Chia seeds can be a bit bland so layering it with fruit and coconut cream brings all the flavors together. There is a lot going on in this parfait but everything works together perfectly!
I used to buy the chia pudding cups from Whole Foods but from now on, I will be making my own! Please share your favorite version of chia pudding below.

Excellent blog! Do you have any tips and hints
for aspiring writers? I’m planning to start my own blog soon but
I’m a little lost on everything. Would you
suggest starting with a free platform like WordPress or go for a paid option? There
are so many options out there that I’m totally confused ..
Any ideas? Appreciate it!
Thank you! I have learned a lot from
Food Blogger Pro
. I will be posting a section for Food Bloggers where I give tips on how to photograph, DIY table tops and tips on blogging. I do suggest buying your own domain and hosting. Also, if you get a theme specifically for food blogging it will be much easier for visitors to print recipes. This is my second blog and my first one crashed and thank GOD I was able to save everything! Thanks to my Mom who is a computer tech & The Marketing Maven Queen!!! It’s great to have someone who can support you with all the glitches that can come up. I don’t know what I would do without all her help! Just get started and keep blogging, you will learn as you go along. Also, write what you are most passionate about!! Blessings & Best of Luck!! EsterHey there! This post could not be written any
